MY VISIT TO GRANADA
Granada is a stunning city with a charm that you will never forget, not only for its famous universally Alhambra and Generalife, its neighbourhoods Albaycin and Sacromonte (World Heritage) with its narrow alleys and Moorish architecture, the Renaissance Cathedral and the Royal Chapel (which is why they were visited by Michelle Obama), but for the sense of history that emanates from every street.
I admire all these things every time I go to Granada, certainly, but I enjoy the city in a different way, enjoying great food in restaurants as the Tendido 1 in the bullring, and the restaurant Jardines de Zoraya in Albaycin and high quality flamenco shows, as well the Loft restaurant on Calle San Anton.
If you want to see the city on foot, you can use the audio guide rental service, This is Granada, and go at your own pace, taking a walk, but the best of the best, is the Tourist Bus City Sightseeing Granada which takes you to all the locations and you can hop on and off as many times you wish during the validity of the ticket, which is 48 hours. They also give you a map of the city where there are discounts to save some Euros and a headset to hear the commentary in 8 different languages, the staff is very nice and they explain everything to you.
You can not leave town without buying a gift, I recommend Artesanias Medina, you can find them all over the city and they have everything and every price.
But undoubtedly the most relaxing thing to do is to go to the Arab Baths, the best are those in Santa Ana Street, near the famous Plaza Nueva, called Hamman of Al-Andalus, the name already stimulates the senses. You can spend a few unforgettable hours getting a massage with hot and cold water; they are also very clean and well kept.
